The client brought an established platform and a new task

The work-drone company knew its existing flight-control platform well. A new payload exceeded its power, data-exchange and task-coordination capabilities, and comparisons with other products had not completed the workflow.

The client approached YIIIOT to retain useful platform work while coordinating the additional hardware and firmware. We first established the scope of the necessary custom development.

Each available product covers something useful. None completes our payload workflow, and a full redesign feels difficult to control.

YIIIOT followed the complete task

We walked through the task with the client, defining information exchanges, coordinated actions and responsibility for abnormal conditions.

Power, installation and interfaces were matched to that sequence. The client could assess its investment with retained and additional work clearly identified.

We developed the critical interface and coordination

YIIIOT adapted the hardware and developed firmware around the payload interface. Controlled checks of data exchange and task coordination preceded board and system integration.

New functions stayed associated with the client’s platform versions. Configuration, interface changes and maintenance information gave the teams a common reference.

The client received an integrated development prototype

In this example, YIIIOT resolved the missing coordination between available components. The client received a prototype, interface references and bench records for the next validation stage.

Flight and payload-operation testing still required the appropriate conditions. We documented remaining validation, version handling and support contacts so the next responsibilities were clear.
