Helping a factory give maintenance earlier evidence to work with

The client wanted to retain changes experienced technicians noticed in its own machines. YIIIOT developed acquisition, trends and anomaly handling, connecting observations with inspections and creating a data foundation for later predictive work.

The client wanted to improve maintenance before the next breakdown

A factory brought its equipment-maintenance requirements to YIIIOT. Servicing already took place, but observations of sound, temperature and vibration largely stayed with individuals and were difficult to share between shifts.

The client commissioned new monitoring capability. Our first task was to retain condition information continuously and connect relevant notifications with responsible staff.

When a machine stops, everyone has to rush. A little earlier warning could help us arrange people, parts and production.

YIIIOT began with the client’s maintenance experience

We asked technicians about meaningful changes in a representative machine, then used fault and repair histories to select the initial observations.

Acquisition, notifications, confirmation and follow-up were tied to actual tasks. The client could see what the first stage would do and which records later analysis would need.

We connected monitoring with a practical response

YIIIOT developed acquisition hardware and firmware suited to the equipment, with trends, equipment identification and handling records. Notifications carried recent changes to maintenance staff.

We worked with the client on thresholds and confirmation, retaining inspection outcomes. Further failure-prediction development remained dependent on appropriate fault samples and field validation.

The client had a continuous basis for observation and inspection

In this example, YIIIOT provided the continuous monitoring and notification workflow the client previously lacked. Different shifts could review changes and follow-up, giving maintenance staff evidence for arranging inspections.

We handed over sensor care, data-quality and version information. The client could build records for later analysis; warning time, false-alarm rates and predictive performance remained subject to actual validation.
